In my "Cell"

Living in my Cell the monastery for a few days. Our day begins
at 3am with "Vigils", a half hour or so of chanting the Psalms.
Then back to my cell for meditation and spiritual reading.
My favorite time!

  1. Dear Dan:

When I was 18-years-old, my days would end around 3am, with chanting in the streets. Still, this seems like an interesting aspect to a ride.

    Fondest regards,
    Twisted Roads

  2. I hope to do a lot of "rock sitting" on this trip. (I like to sit up high on a rock, overlooking some beautiful scene) It'll be just me and the bike, alone, for 2-3 weeks. I'll either come back cleansed of all the worries of life, or I'll go totally mad. Wonder if the wife could tell the difference?
