I was digging through the hard drive and found this.

Wondering if I'm now too old to do this again.....

Nahhhh....Ted Simon did his round-the-world trip again
at age 70...

Just saying.,..

  1. Not at all, and next time come all the way up to Alaska. You were only ~3 days away.

  2. Yea, that's what I'd like to do, Fairbanks. From what I've seen I think I'll avoid Anchorage, but would like to ride down to Valdez.

    1. Homer, Seward and the Kenai Peninsula are also really nice but you need to pass through Anchorage to get there. Anchorage is surrounded by mountains and is a very scenic area.

  3. Nope, not too old.

If you can keep it upright, you're fine. Heck even if you drop it, you're fine.

  4. Dan:

I followed you on your trip but you didn't come anywhere near Vancouver. Weren't you doing a lot of Rock contemplating ? I think I could do that too. I still remember you waiting out the rain somewhere near Quesnel and you were huddled on a picnic table

never too late as long as you keep rolling
